Can I Return My Item?

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of course replace this. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and you must notify us of this within 7 days of receipt either by email (bonniedolliecosmetics@outlook.com) or our online web chat .

Can I have a refund ?

Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on our cosmetics due to hygiene purposes. We only accept returns/refunds if a reaction occurs and you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

How Can I Return ?

We recommend when returning to us that you use a reliable tracked service as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Returns must be sent back to us in all original packaging . We DO NOT reimburse the original delivery fees or any returning delivery costs.
